How quickly can I sell my house?

We aim to sell your house as quickly as possible, but the time scale can differ depending on your circumstances. The more information you provide us the quicker the process will be.

Can I decide how much you will pay for my house?

We mutually decide on the price for your house. We look at the location of the property, the current condition of the property, what repairs are needed and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently.

How much will it cost me to use your services?

There are NO fees, hidden charges or costs. We will cover your legal fees and the cost of the valuation, so the price we agree to pay is what you will receive.


My property needs some/a lot of work. Will you buy my property in its current condition?

We can buy the house as it is, regardless of its condition .

How do I get paid?

You will be paid immediately on completion and all of the agreed funds will be transferred to your elected bank account on the same day.

What will you do with my property?

We will look to make improvements to the property through refurbishment or modernisation. We will then sell it or rent out to our investor client.

How are you different from an estate agent?

An estate agent won’t buy your property, they will look for someone else that will. Often this process can be lengthy, it has advertising expenses you must pay whenever sold or not, and you are required to pay a commission to the agent.
